emergency mitigation

During a rain and wind event, a team of installers will attend and affix temporary coverings — tarps or roof-system components — in order to minimise losses and damage to your home.

Emergency mitigation is usually covered by your insurance claim (limitations apply). Or we come back with matching materials once the storm has passed and complete the permanent repair.

We never do more work than what you asked for and have authorized.

• A flat call-out rate, quoted before we start — never an open-ended hourly meter.
• An emergency patch earns a credit toward the permanent repair.
• Matching materials and delivery are a separate, named line — not buried.
• The permanent repair is a flat labour rate plus what the materials actually cost.

Ask for the number when you call — you get it before anyone gets on the roof, and plus GST is the only thing added to it.
