A typical wind-damage repair is two trips: we come out to match your shingles or siding, then come right back and do the repair.

We never do more work than what you asked for and have authorized.

• A flat call-out rate, quoted before we start — never an open-ended hourly meter.
• An emergency patch earns a credit toward the permanent repair.
• Matching materials and delivery are a separate, named line — not buried.
• The permanent repair is a flat labour rate plus what the materials actually cost.

Ask for the number when you call — you get it before anyone gets on the roof, and plus GST is the only thing added to it.
